php - Laraval @layout issue -


i trying simple template set header , footer layout accessed each page

kinda of like:

<html> <body> @layout('header') <stuff here> </body> @layout('footer') </html>

i have them name header.blade.php , footer.blade.php , inside index.blade.php file.

but when run it prints @layout('header') & @layout('footer')

any ideas?

i answered own question have provide @yield('yieldname')
