how find out version of gnu radio have installed?

i use messaging libraries, available on newer versions of gnuradio , reason i'm getting compilation error when try use following code:

message_port_register_out(pmt::mp("out_message"));

i following error on compilation:

error: ‘message_port_register_out’ not declared in scope

it's supposed part of gr_basic_block, blocks inherit from, it's not compiling.

you can version number using python.

from gnuradio import gr gr.version()
