report - AX 2012 Labels in SSRS Unbound Parameter -


i have ssrs report in ax 2012 parameter, values set "unbound values" (non-queried). in popup adding values, have added couple of lines value , label following:

value: mainaccountid, label: =labels!@sys135766

but when preview (or run report ax after deploying), text "labels!@sys135766" shown label in dropdown on dialog (instead of "main account").

i have tried "labels!@sys135766" , "@sys135766", no luck.

does know how label id translated text using unbound parameter values?

i know old question, still posting possible answer hoping can help.

reasons problem:

  • you have moved ax service account ax domain account ax domain admin group
  • you have changed ssrs service account password.

solutions:

  1. from start menu, point programs, click sql server folder, click theconfiguration tools folder, , click reporting services configuration manager.
  2. in reporting services configuration manager click connect , click service account.
  3. set password , click apply. account , password should same microsoft dynamics ax proxy account.
  4. system ask backup encrytion key, , settings on backhand.
  5. now click servername/mssqlserver on left top of reporting server , click stop. click start restart server. check sql administrator , make sure no other users connected server before restart server.
