printing - Access 2010: Report Prints Three Extra Pages -


in access 2010, have button launches macro prints report. button->macro->report. report on 1 page , 8.1 in width. not go 8.

i have deleted header , footers , left detail portion. contained on 1 page, prints 3 pages. have been scouring google , messing report properties, nothing has stopped printing 3 pages.

the page margins set @ .25" around.

i'm not sure mean when "deleted" header , footers. under design view, set "visible" property headers/footers "no" see causing issue. footers cause weird page breaks. if find out footer culprit, make additional group level footer , copy data in either page or report footer other footer. have group on expression "=1" , set report footer "visible" "no".
