facebook - Get Page post notifications -

i wondering if possible:

i have page of own post. want when ever post facebook post url of choice.

i guess real time updates pages in graph api let me achieve ? right? https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/api/page/#realtime

if how do ? have been trying make sense of don't seem able working. created app don't understand how connect dots here.

in app's real time updates panel have create subscription object 'page' fields 'feed', have specified callback url well. confused on how connect app page ? though have made app 'page tab' app can not find out way add app page's tab ??
