testing - Display App in 3.5" Resolution on iPhone 5 for Development/Debugging -


does know if there way force app you're developing run in 3.5" screen size mode if you're on iphone 5, dev/debug purposes? such might toggle in development section of settings or something. in other words, run app such looks it's running on non-5 iphone (black bars on top/bottom), way can test ui functions.

for clarification, i'm not saying "i don't want support iphone 5" - do. also, i'm aware can 'old' retina display in simulator, not want use ios simulator app includes libraries not support i386 architecture, uses push notifications, , heavily relies on gps function correctly. i'm looking way test both aspect ratios on same device save money/time.

it appears removing app device, deleting default-568h@2x.png launch image, cleaning project, , re-running app, can functionality i'm looking for, although not nicely toggle switch.
