android - Is it possible to change account owner on Google Play developers console? -


this question has answer here:

account owner account first signed developers console , created app.

only account owner can invite people , manage users.

in our case, person opened account not working anymore, , want transfer ownership else in company.

is possible ?

fill out form , accurately

select “transfer applications account” issue type drop down submit form
