.net - Error opening project file in VS2012 -


the following error being returned when try open colleagues mvc application in vs2012.

when click on "ok" - not able open of files within environment.

i able open project in other pcs vs2012 installed.

can me understand why happening , resolution this?

i have no problem vs2012 , mvc4. if can't create new mvc4 project, know fault not project colleague wrote current setup.

you may able redownload / install mvc4 , visual studio!
