excel - how to search 1 cell in range of cells -


i need formula search if "a4" in range of cells (d column ~ 400 values) , write yes or no b4. need test on 1000 cells in column dragging formula down colum manually.

this simple request, seem missing something.

put in b4 , drag / drop need:

=if(countif($d$1:$d$400,a4)>0,"yes","no")

obviously, change range d cells necessary.
