android - OnActivityResult never called inside a fragment -


i need implement call activity result method. thus, here calling instructions (they inside fragment):

intent intent = new intent(getactivity(), calendarfilteractivity.class); intent.putextra(calendarfilteractivity.key_events, mevent); startactivityforresult(intent, 0);

key_events string. calendarfilteractivity executes these instructions:

intent data = new intent(); data.putextra(key_result, result); setresult(result_ok, data); finish();

now, fragment showed overrided onactivityresult method in fragment never executed. happen that, calling activity, mevent null. don't think problem. knows why please?

i had same issue. reason activity tagged android:nohistory="true" in manifest.
