internet explorer - What is the difference b/w resource view and header view in ieHTTPHeader w.r.t favicon.ico request? -


ie requests internally favicon.ico seen in resource view in iehttpheader. 1 of customer's iehttpheader shows request in headers view , face problem in opening pop-up window served through our code generate html content window using loop , if else condition serve 4 parts of pop-up window. because of favicon.ico request pop-up window hangs waiting serve favicon.ico request.

how rid of favicon.ico request? in advance
