http status code 403 - Same URL showing different content (website is mine) -


ok, weird.

we have test website (just payment form) here: http://blog.inglesen100dias.com/

the problem i've talked me can see form (our hosting provider, other coworkers in different states/countries, etc). me, see 403 forbidden error, "you don't have permission access / on server."

we made change earlier today in subdomain, changing record point different server. reason me can see new page it's pointing at.

i've deleted cache, flushed dns (i'm on windows 8), entered website cellphone (same error)... don't know else do. impresion when access url, it's still trying open location in old server (where domain pointed), instead of in new server. why happens me?

any advice welcome!

update

i've turned-off wifi in cellphone (it's connected same network computer) , shows right page! if turn wifi on, shows 403 error again... can problem in router?

i restarted router , it's showing right page!

i have web application done using node js , in it,i have authentication system requires users log in before can access pages. have 2 pages,the homepage , updates page. from read docs,a new socket id issued when user opens tab in browser. me being admin,i know socket id of logged in user , more so,the socket id,logged in user id pair logged in users. what method can use socket id,logged in user id pair make sure broadcast realtime info users online?.
