clojure - How closely related are aspect-oriented programming to macros? -


i've heard term 'aspect oriented programming' tossed around long time... i'm still confused... however, seems me general definition of aspect can take existing program, annotate using 'aspect' of sort , have produce additional behavior or different. kinda smells macro me. i'm wondering if there similarities/differences informative links on matter.
