MS VS 2010 - Web one click publish toolbar is disabled when code file is viewed -


i use vs 2010 , deploy function , quick access functionality showed web 1 click publish toolbar. toolbar activated when open web.config files or when open properties of web project. when open c# code file toolbar disabled. think functionality should enabled independently example functionality build project.

is wrong in vs installation or configuration?

i've found disabled when viewed code file belongs other project web project.
